Mr. Houvener is a 2010 graduate of the University of Washington and a 2013 Magna Cum Laude graduate of Willamette University College of Law in Salem, Oregon. Mr. Houvener specializes in civil litigation, including auto liability, personal injury and bankruptcy law and is licensed to practice in California. Mr. Houvener has been selected as a Northern California Super Lawyer Rising Star in the field of defense litigation 2017 through 2026 (without exception) He is an active member of the Northern California Association of Defense Counsel, the Anti-Fraud Alliance, and the Alameda County Bar Association’s Trial Practice Section.
